Integrative Bodywork
Reiki + Sound + Visualizations
Visualization: Each session begins with a visual exercise using a body outline and beautiful natural objects to be arranged by you. This contemplative exercise assists in activating your agency in our session. This helps us orient where you are, while threading your conscious and subconscious together into a clear path of support and integration.
Reiki is an intuitive relaxation modality of supportive touch with basic hand positions that support the body’s natural ability to balance itself.
Sound: A mixture of gentle live sound and recorded music is used during each session. Sound creates movement through vibration, literally creating shifts in the spaces around us - clearing the air and our thoughts and inviting us into a place of deeper connection to our inner self.

Herbalism + Personal Symbol + Meditation
Nourishing and Aromatic Herbalism + Meditation: We are surrounded by Earth’s desire to support us. Wrap yourself in a sanctuary of the senses through a personalized meditation with aromatic herbs and a nourishing herbal decoction. We will connect to the consciousness of our plant allies bringing us to a place of sacredness, connecting us more deeply to ourselves while nourishing the body, mind, and spirit.
Personal Symbol: We will locate and direct the desired supports through a personalized image or symbol created to work on the subconscious level. Symbols and metaphors can connect with and contain large amounts of information simultaneously—helping the conscious and subconscious to align and integrate. This symbol will be woven into your multi-sensory meditative experience.
You will come away with the tools to integrate your herbal supports and visualizations into your routine~
