Art + Meditation
These creative and meditative mini retreats begin with a guided visualization meditation and reflective journaling followed by a contemplative creativity workshop in a variety of mediums such as; weaving, mono prints, watercolors, intuitive drawing, collage, and clay.
Open Studio + Meditation
Sessions begin with an embodiment exercise, guided visualization meditation, and reflective journaling. Participants then enjoy peaceful open studio time working on their own small projects together in community. Each session closes with community sharing. *online options

Performance art is when creative actions are the artwork itself. In this workshop retreat we explore; objects, time, space, and embodiment through contemplative action.
